In order to do the best job possible we do expect payment before any surgeries are performed. This allows the Staff and the Doctors at Saguaro Veterinary to have a free mind to perform at our optimal level.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. We do not accept checks from first-time clients.
Appointments and Emergencies
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 12:00pm and 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
Our doctors are in surgery between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm therefore we are unavailable for appointments.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. If the office is closed there is an emergency number to call on the answering machine.
